morning on the farm

School is about to start and my quiet mornings will soon turn into noisy ones. I like waking up before the sun and start the chores as the first rays of daylight sneak into the morning. Am I ready for the kids to be under foot? I suppose I don't have a choice. We'll hop-a-long as we always do.

I have just had a lovely time catching up on all your August posts! I do love your blog, there is always something interesting happening and lovely things to look at. My absolute favourite thing was the doll house!!! OMG. I would have bought it too. Hope all is well with you xoxo ps I note there are six little chicks in the banner, are you telling us something....?

LOVE love love your new header. How sweet is that!! School is back in session here now too since this monday so for me the days are a bit quieter ONCE I get them out the door, which can be a bit of a hastle when they have forgotten where books are, socks are missing, gym clothes gone astray. I am trying hard to stay more organized and scheduled this year, I am sure it will help me to help them!! Debby

I LOVE your new picture at the top of your blog! SO cute. I'd love it framed hanging somewhere in my house. It reminds me of...me! I always call myself a mother hen and with school starting I want to keep my chicks together with me just like that. Very cute.
