Little things

022

A small colorful cupcake wrapper can add color to your whole day.

Especially if it’s your eighth birthday and you have a matching hair ribbon.

Michael’s dollar bins are full of good stuff…like cute cupcake wrappers.  And we all know cupcakes taste so much better when they are wearing pretty wrappers. (Even if you make them with store bought stuff at 11:00 at night because you forgot during the day that you told the teacher you would be sending in cupcakes and instead you sat at the kitchen table and painted by number for 2.5 hours.)

Are you tired of me blogging about birthdays?  It’s hard not to as I like looking back and seeing how everyone is growing.  This is it until Fall when we have birthdays nonstop from Sept-Nov…

Okay? You cool with that?

Happy Friday!

Happy Birthday to you sweet daughter! I love her pretty hair ribbon and the cute cupcakes! I had to laugh...I still want to get a paint by number! I need to print out a coupon for Michael's! Two of my sons have birthdays this month! ♥

Wow that's a lot of cupcake wrappers! I always see cute ones and never buy them and then when I need them I never have cute ones, just plain old pastel ones. Good idea...stock up! I love kid birthdays. Enjoy!

Happy Birthday!!
LOVE the wrappers.
Not tired of hearing of your sweet ones Birthdays in the slightest!
I love what you said about forgetting to make them and sitting and doing something else.
I do that all the time, except with me its knitting.
I am sitting knitting thinking about how I cant believe that I have the time to do this, when suddenly it dawns on me that I dont!
Have a great weekend!

Cute wrappers! I would so be baking cupcakes late at night to, but it would be because I was reading! Do you need a paint by number intervention? LOL! I saw some at the thrift store and am so annoyed with myself that I didn't buy them!

What a happy cupcake celebration. I love birthdays more than any holiday because the focus is totally on the one we love.

Cupcakes are the rage, so cool and so fun! I think I told you I work for Michaels and it is one big cupcake temptation for sure!

Bring on the birthday parties, too bad we have to wait until fall...wink!
